"It's not wine....it's grape juice. And I've been drinking it all day." (grapes contain a tiny percent of alcohol so drink a ton of grape juice or eating crap tons of grapes could cause someone to become drunk, especially someone like Dionysus)

(THAT'S why I got drunk the other day...) "Idiot." Athena snapped, taking away the glass and giving him water. "And if you don't drink this, I'll put you in Camp Half-blood for another ten years."

Dionysus' eyes widened in horror and he quickly took the water and drank half of it. "You still haven't answered my question. Why did you bring me up here? Why not keep me at the camp to watch over the kids?" he said in a more serious tone.

"Because we need you up here, at this emergency counsil. You are a god, are you not?" Athena said sarcastically. She had never thought much of Dionysus - getting drunk wasn't high on her "wise" list, and being the goddess of wisdom, she had a good point. "Besides, Chiron does almost as good a job as you, without the threatening to turn demigods into dolphins."

Dionysus shrunk as Athena scolded him. He had always felt powerless against her, like she could turn him into something horrible and make him do things he didn't want to do. He shuddered at the thought. "Yes, I am a god." he said proudly. "but, like Zeus said..." he mumbled before speaking at normal volume again, "Camp Half Blood is my first priority and it comes before my godly duties. Like going to wine festivals. Which I miss very much, by the way."

"It seems someone's had a change of heart." Artemis laughed. It was no little known fact that Dionysus used to have a crush on Artemis. "We need you here, anyway. Chiron can handle the young demigods."

Dionysus grumpily agreed and pouted on the couch as he listened to the meeting.

"They must seek out my son." Hecate argued. "It is the only logical answer. He knows thing that are hidden even from the gods." "Not happening." Zeus said immediately. "Besides? Can we really trust this boy? He was siding with Kronos during the second Titan War." Catching Hecate's eye, he faltered. "Of course, that doesn't matter now..."

(who's Hecate's son?) Artemis watched Luna and Sam talking in the forest. "Apollo...do you even know the details of the prophecy? Have you deciphered it?"

"Hey!" Apollo shrugged cheerfully. "I'm the god of the Oracle, not everything it says. I foresee that there will be a big sacrifice to finish it off, there will be unexpected surprises - nasty! - and monsters to kill, but nothing more." www.wattpad.com/7907158-the-heroes-of-olympus-the-demigod-diaries/page/65(This is a copy/paste of the actual thing. The story with Hecate's son is at the very bottom.)

Artemis sighed and looked back down at Luna and Sam. "I know...I know... It's just...I'm worried about the kids...This is unlike anything the camp has ever faced, unlike anything that most of the kids have ever faced. I get it now with you and the other gods and goddesses who have kids. It feels different when the kids are part of a prophecy that's about a dangerous quest because they're your kids involved."

"Yeah." Athena nodded. "It's hard enough when they're... per say... your Huntresses. But your children... that's a whole other level. (Wyatt, feel free to jump in with... like.. Hermes. You'd make a good Hermes)

"Oh oh oh!" A new voice said, and a rather attractive male pushed himself into the middle of the group. "Hold on everybody, I feel a haiku coming on!" (a collective groan ensued at this moment.) Hermes smiled broadly, though he didn't move from his position in the middle of the group. "That kid of Hectate, find him before it's too late, lest we face peril." He then looked at the other Gods, though Martha and George hissed. That was awful, Martha said with a shake of her head, and George nodded in agreement. Make a new one Hermes! He said, and the God sighed dramatically. "Fine!" He said, thinking. "Oh! I've got it!" Then, flinging his arm out for a dramatic flair, he spoke again. "Kids at Camp Half-blood, all their parents are worried, the time for action is now." That was too many syllables Hermes! Chastised Martha, and the God glared at her. "So? It had a good flair too it! Don't make me put you on vibrate!" With that, the snakes fell silent, and Hermes beamed at the other Gods. "So?" He asked, his smile wavering ever so slightly.
